Discussion Topic: Prevent Mis-Steps by Designing the Coaching Relationship

  • Has a lack of clarity or direction of a coaching session, gotten in the way of working with a client?
  • Have you not turned a prospect into a client because they didn’t “get” what a coaching session actually consists of?
  • Has a client’s lack of commitment or follow-through, brought your coaching to a screeching halt?

Designing the coaching relationship with your client, addresses each of these potential problems. In our next session, we’ll talk about what “designing” means (or can mean) to you, and how it can make or break you and your clients’ success as you work together.

Please come to this session with:

  1. A short description of how you design your relationship (not written, just a short summary).
  2. Examples of what happened when you did and did not take this critical step.
  3. Examples of how this step helped *you* when *you* were coached.

And . . .Your questions, insights and curiosity.
